About the Presentation |
Effective Change, Configuration & Release Management (CCRM) enables the service provider to add value to the business by delivering change, quickly, effectively, with minimal risk and to have a logical model of the infrastructure. Having a continuous improvement cycle built in to CCRM processes is not only best practice but also required for ISO/IEC 20000 accreditation. But, in these current times of the credit crunch or the global financial crises, how likely is it that you will have the resources to undergo a comprehensive process review and improvement exercise?
This session will look at common reasons for delaying process improvements when times are hard, identify reasons why improving processes even in the current financial climate are not only good practice but can reduce costs and improve efficiencies and finally, identify some quick wins that are non-resource intensive.
