About the Speaker |
Trevor Pullen
A Business Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in the Business Change arena, Trevor has thirty years experience in Business and ITSM related CHANGE across a variety of Industries.
Trevor’s focus on Business Change is as a result of his involvement in “Technical & Service Management Implementations” where there has been no attempt to deal with the Cultural, Process and People side of Change. In Trevor’s opinion, Business Benefit is derived from the successful acceptance, buy-in and usage of the new “Processes & Technology”, not just the successful implementation of the Project.
