About the Presentation	This presentation touches on continual service improvement and the need of the service provider to continually improve the way it delivers and supports IT services. The session will look into the reasoning behind the need to improve, the awareness of the CSI team to the wider audience and what impact the improvements have had across Stockport MBC and how they are helping ICT Business Services prepare for the future.
About the Speaker	Since 2001 Stuart has been actively involved within the itSMF, having been a member of a number of the subcommittees. His consultancy service helps organisations achieve ISO/IEC 20000 certification and implement ITIL. Derrick Taylor, the lead auditor from Stockport Metropolitan Borough has worked alongside Stuart to ensure the Council achieved ISO/IEC 20000.
