About the Presentation |
Presenting "A day in the life of the Process Architect" this session will focus on the clear objectives in delivering packages of process knowledge for use by organisations. These packages need to be the Single Source and be structured to enable easy access for all.
Each package may be self supporting, made of single service elements - such as a policy, a process , a procedure and some work instructions or more complex, such as integrated models describing the engagement process. Whatever the outcomes, this session brings you up to speed in how to structure and access your Process Knowledge. It includes tips and techniques to help you get the best out of your processes and will provide you with a clear roadmap you can take away and use.
