About the Presentation |
This workshop will give an introduction to the Risk Management Process. The participants will carry out a risk assessment using an example from Availability and Continuity Management. The workshop itself will be an example on how to carry out a real risk assessment at their workplace. We will also discuss important principles for Risk Management in general as well as how it could be implemented in an organisation. |

About the Speaker |
Signe-Marie has a Cand. Scient. degree within Computer Science from the University of Oslo in addition to education in pedagogics and formal Project Manager education. She has considerable practical experience as Project Manager of ITSM Projects, and as facilitator of team buildings and workshops.
She has been a course instructor for HP since 1997, and has long experience as course Instructor on ITIL Foundation and ITSM Manager courses. She is often asked to give presentations within the area of IT Service Management, and combines in-depth process knowledge with the ability of motivating people for change.
Signe-Marie was part of the team that started up IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) in Norway in 2002/2003, and is member the Steering Committee of itSMF Norway. She chaired the itSMF conference program committees from 2004 to 2009. |
