Title

Injecting the Service Management gene into the organisations DNA - A collaborative approach

Presenter

Rohit Nand, Infosys Technologies Ltd

Monty McCoy, Syngenta

About the Presentation

Syngenta and Infosys partnered together on an initiative called Operating Model Design; the approach was an innovative mix of top-down and bottom-up, where a cross-group Service Management Excellence Workgroup became the "change agents" at Syngenta. The authors will share their experience in strategising, designing and implementing this Operating Model. The session will also describe the challenges of bringing about a paradigm shift from playing the role of an implementer to acting as a facilitator for the success of ITSM re-engineering.
