About the Presentation |
We all know "egos" and "difficult" characters that we have worked with in organisations - but do we really understand how damaging they can be to internal teams and supplier relationships. We explore the themes of transactional analysis including game playing (trying to manipulate colleagues or suppliers). We also look at the application of transactional analysis to the organisation and the pursuit of effectiveness using transactional techniques. The session describes symbiosis and how achieving a healthy symbiotic relationship within the organisation and with suppliers will provide stability and benefit the organisation. We outline how transactional analysis can be used to diagnose organisational as well as individual dysfunction and how it can be used to achieve healthy change. |
