About the Presentation

This session will explore how to create value for each stakeholder, getting them not only to sing from the same song sheet but actually understand what the words mean.

The discussion will show how the same message can make, service operations deliver service, IT managers manage and stop the Board from being Bored!

Tips include how to establish a service culture throughout the enterprise, understand all stakeholders and engage them appropriately, establish the excitement factors of stakeholders and stimulate them and help everyone to think about how best to get the whole enterprise to buy into Service Management

About the Speaker

Michelle Major-Goldsmith is currently Head of Service Management at Sysop. She has been in the industry for over eighteen years and still has an unwavering enthusiasm for service management. Michelle is also an ISEB accredited Principal Service Management lecturer.

David Stephens is an IT Service Management Professional with over 22 years experience in IT support and IT Service Delivery Management. He has always been committed to delivering the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction, through use of practical frameworks such as ITILĀ® and through natural engagement of his customers and suppliers. David holds the ITILĀ® Service Management certificate and is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner.
