About the Presentation	The presentation will discuss how Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) started its design of the Service Catalogue. It will discuss how NCC established buy-in, what techniques were developed and how to break down barriers. The presentation will also discuss the real value of a functioning service catalogue offering tips and techniques.
About the Speaker	Keith is the Service Delivery Manager for Nottinghamshire County Council. He has a wealth of Service Management experience including 12 years in IT and has the ITIL V2 Managers and V3 expert qualifications.
