This session uses Gartner's extensive IT database to look at trends in IT spending and staffing. This session will help you to know how your organisation compares to other organisations in your industry. You can use the information from this session to help you to make an informed decision about your IT Budget and to help set realistic medium and long term goals.

About the Speaker

Ian Reeves is a Managing Vice President in Gartner Consulting, in which role he manages the benchmarking business in EMEA North region.

He has, in total, 18 years experience in IT benchmarking, specialising in infrastructure benchmarks. He was responsible for the introduction of Benchmarking within Gartner Europe and has since introduced new benchmarking services into the European marketplace.
