The presentation will discuss what is meant by information security (in the context of existing frameworks and standards); it will show the parallels with ITSM, discuss the gap that exists today in the implementation of these disciplines and examine the practical and pragmatic measures that can be taken to reduce this gap by improved alignment of processes and technology.
