David Mount has over 14 years experience in the IT industry, both working in large corporate organisations, and software vendors. For the past 8 years, he has worked for NetIQ, a business unit of Attachmate. He specialises in Systems and Service Management. He works with NetIQ customers to increase IT efficiencies and enable Service Management processes using NetIQ technology, and holds the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management. |
