Colin has been working within the IT industry for over 35 years and is internationally recognised as a leading authority on Service Management. He has been heavily involved in the development of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL): as a lead author in the development of Versions 1, 2 and 3 of ITIL and was responsible for the design of the ITIL Version 2 framework. Now he is the lead author of the V3 Service Design book.
Colin has delivered Service Management training and consultancy all over the world and has presented at many conferences on all aspects of Service Management. |
