About the Presentation |
What part does Service Management have to play in keeping the boat afloat as we sail these treacherous economic waters? This presentation will examine the Hampshire County Council implementation of Service Management, some examples of where we are using it to achieve success against our aims of reducing costs, improving efficiency and improving quality to the customer (especially in these 'uncertain' economic times) and some key lessons learned we have drawn out which could be applied elsewhere. |
