The 2008 Conference and Exhibition was a resounding success and feedback from delegates and exhibitors has been extremely positive. This year's event saw a diverse section of people and organisations represented across the conference schedule and the delegates attending with a strong representation from our overseas Chapters as 43 of the 53 itSMF Chapters were present. This shows more than ever that the UK is leading the world of Service Management and is the place to come to learn about "Driving real value" within your business.
The 2009 Conference sees a return to the Birmingham Hilton Metropole as a venue that has geared up to deliver the high levels of service and professionalism that both the itSMF and all our members demand at an event as prestigious as this.
