itSMF announce its Exhibition Stand Space for 2008 Conference & Exhibition

The method of purchasing stands and sponsorship will differ to that of previous years;
You will have to be logged in to be able to purchase a stand or sponsorship. If you are a member, please ensure you know your username and password before the sale date to ensure you can login in with no problems (contact itSMF if unsure of login details). If you are not an itSMF member then you will need to either become one or create an e-commerce account on www.itsmf.co.uk. This will then allow you to purchase items at the non-members rate. This is key to being able to avoid problems logging in when the sale time arrives and losing out on a desired stand or sponsorship. If you have any queries on how this works then please contact a member of the itSMF events team.
This system has the added benefit of once you are in the stand booking and added it to your 'basket' no-one else can then enter this option, thus avoiding multiple bookings of a product. It is run on a '1st Come 1st Served' basis and you will have the option to pay either by Credit Card or Purchase Order. For purchase orders orders a valid purchase order number will be required and itSMF reserves the right to request a physical copy of the purchase order before accepting the booking. Please ensure you read the terms & conditions on the booking form when booking a stand or sponsorship.
