Project of the Year

Conference 2008 Awards Project of the Year voting submission form
* Indicates required information

In the following we should be looking for clear objectives, and evidence of having achieved them. The project should be primarily related to IT Service Management, and it is expected therefore that the main objectives should relate closely to IT service improvement

The project should deliver business benefits to end customers and other stakeholders, and we are looking for the specific business benefits here. A good project will deliver benefits which relate to the business objectives of the organisation, for example financial, quick wins, extent of contributions of ITSM and Testimonials

There are always challenges, and we are looking for a project which approached and overcame challenges and difficulties in a structured fashion. A project with no challenges is unlikely to deliver significant change

A good project will have identified risks, and taken steps to eradicate them or minimise the impact. Show the critical factors and KPI's and how they were used within this project

Here we are looking at the scale of the project. The project does not necessarily have to be very large, but the size is a relevant factor when considered alongside the deliverables. We are also looking for a project which did not unduly exceed budget or planned timescale. Show the project methodology and processes used within this project
