How do I get there?
With 3 of London's main tube lines within a 3 minute walk of the hotel, as well as innumerable bus lines, the venue is located just off the A4 and outside the Central London Congestion Zone. It is also just a 30 minute drive from London Heathrow.
By Car
Leave the A4 at the Hammersmith turning and proceed along Hammersmith Bridge Road to the large roundabout underneath the flyover. Take the fifth exit off the roundabout. Then turn left into Shortlands - the main hotel entrance and parking will be on your left-hand side.

By Public Transport (Underground)
Hammersmith Underground Station is adjacent to the hotel with access to the Piccadilly and District lines with the Hammersmith & City Station 300 metres further away.

By Air
London Heathrow Airport is just 30 minutes away by taxi or directly accessible via the underground on the Piccadilly Line direct from Heathrow (any terminals) to Hammersmith underground station.
London Gatwick Airport can be reached by Victoria Station and then taking the Underground District Line from Hammersmith.

Are there parking & taxi facilities?
The hotel offers over 240 on-site car parking spaces, all of which are secure and under cover. Located just off the A4 and outside the Central London Congestion Zone making driving to and from the hotel very simple, straight forward and cost effective.
Car parking for hotel residents is £1.00 an hour.
There is also a permanent taxi rank located at the hotels main entrance, a coach drop off and pick up point (outside the new purpose built Group Arrival Lounge) and private hire taxis or chauffeur services to airports and other destinations can be arranged.

Sunday Night Dinner and Entertainment: Smart Casual
Awards Dinner: This is a Black Tie event. We recommend that delegates follow this dress code however this is not strictly compulsory as evening suits will be acceptable. Ladies will be wearing lovely evening dresses. Strictly no jeans, trainers and lounge wear e.g. jumpers and tracksuits.
