How do I get there?

With 3 of London's main tube lines within a 3 minute walk of the hotel, as well as innumerate bus lines, the venue is located just off the A4 and outside the Central London Congestion Zone. It is also just a 20 minute drive from London Heathrow.

By Car

Leave the A4 at the Hammersmith turning and proceed along Hammersmith Bridge Road to the large roundabout underneath the flyover. Take the fifth exit off the roundabout. Then turn left into Shortlands - the main hotel entrance and parking will be on your left-hand side.

By Underground

Hammersmith Underground Station is adjacent to the hotel with access to the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City Lines.

By Air

London Heathrow Airport is just 20 minutes away by taxi or directly accessible via the underground on the Piccadilly Line from Hammersmith.

London Gatwick Airport can be reached by Victoria Station and then taking the Underground District Line from Hammersmith.

Check in: Any time from 14:00 on Sunday & Monday
Late night check in is also available.

Check out: 11:00 on Monday & Tuesday

Are there parking & taxi facilities?

The hotel offers over 240 on-site car parking spaces, all of which are secure and under cover. Located just off the A4 and outside the Central London Congestion Zone making driving to and from the hotel very simple, straight forward and cost effective.

Car parking for hotel residents is £1.00 an hour.

There is also a permanent taxi rank located at the hotels main entrance, a coach drop off and pick up point (outside the new purpose built Group Arrival Lounge) and private hire taxis or chauffeur services to airports and other destinations can be arranged.

Is there disabled access?

The hotel has three entrances all of which are accessible.

Where is my badge?

Your badge will be ready for you to collect at the venue from the registration desk – Please see FAQ "Open and Close times" for registration availability.

Awards dinner table plan/reservation?

Pre allocated seats will be offered to Sponsors, Awards finalists and booked tables of 10.

We will endeavour to accommodate requests from smaller groups. Please email the Events Teams events@itsmf.co.uk for further assistance

Closing date is Friday 22nd October 2010

Following this date free tables will be clearly marked and will be available on a first come first serve basis on the evening of the awards dinner.

Please note reservations will not be taken at conference.

What is the dress code for…? Sunday night, awards dinner, the day…

Conference & Exhibition: During the day (Monday and Tuesday) general business attire

Sunday Night Dinner and Entertainment: Smart Casual

Awards Dinner: This is a Black Tie event. We recommend that delegates follow this dress code however this is not strictly compulsory as evening suits will be acceptable. Ladies will be wearing lovely evening dresses. Strictly no jeans, trainers and lounge wear e.g. jumpers and tracksuits.

What is the cancellation policy?

Conference Cancellation Policy:

90 – 120 days prior to conference start - From 16 July to 14 August 2010
30% of total invoice value payable

60 – 90 days prior to the conference start - From 15 August to 13 September 2010
50% of total invoice value payable

0 – 60 days prior to the conference start - From 14 September 2010
100% of total invoice value payable

Can I just visit the exhibition?

Yes, you can purchase an exhibition pass for £35 per day, or £60 for both days.

Do conference speakers have to purchase a delegate pass?

No, all conference speakers will get a two day conference pass, but this does not include accommodation or Awards Dinner ticket. 

As a conference speaker, do I need to book my own accommodation?

Yes, accommodation can be booked on-line using your conference log-in details. You can chose to pay for this by credit card or provide a PO number and request to be invoiced at the payment stage.

Can I book a partner to stay with me at the hotel?

Yes, partners can be added to your accommodation booking at the additional cost of £50 per night

Can I bring a partner to the Awards Dinner?
