Speaker Biography:	Adam is an experienced, well respected service management consultant with a passion for delivering best practice in public and private sector organisations. He has a background in IT, project and service management and now runs his own consultancy (BrightOak Consultancy). He sits on several industry committees including itSMF, BCS, IoSM and the BSI committee responsible for ISO20000 and has frequently presented on service management topics at regional and national events as well as currently being involved in several authoring projects
