Presentation Synopsis:	The Institute of IT Service Management is the foremost professional body for members of the IT Service Management community. Its principal aims are to provide guidance and support to individuals and to ensure that requirements for professionalism and ethical conduct are maintained and developed in our members. This session starts with a brief explanation of the ways that members can benefits from, and contribute to, the activities of the ISM. It then offers a detailed presentation on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in general and the ISM CPD scheme in particular, covering the benefits and the mechanisms of the scheme.
