Presentation Synopsis:	A full maturity assessment can be costly and time consuming. This presentation will describe a simple, fast and free technique, based on ITIL, Cobit and ISO 20 000, allowing organisations to assess their current maturity level and to identify where improvement is needed, all in just 12 minutes. During the presentation the audience will use the technique to perform a 12 minute assessment of their own Incident Management process and as takeaway they will get the charts for the Change Management process as well.

Speaker Biography:	Ben Kalland is an experienced consultant and trainer in IT service management. He has the ITIL Expert certificate as well as certificates in ISO 20 000 and Cobit. He has been working in IBM Finland for over twenty years in different positions, most recently managing outsourcing contracts for IBM Global Services. Currently he is Senior Executive Consultant and co-owner in Tieturi, a Helsinki based IT training and consultancy firm. He has substantial experience presenting IT service management topics to various audiences in an interesting and informative way. He regularly gets excellent feedback for his ITIL, COBIT and ISO 20000 courses.
