Presentation Synopsis:	In 2009, Heineken UK undertook the transition of mutiple services, provided by one out sourced partner, to a number of separate outsourced partners. This was a complex and timebound programme of actvities that delivered key learnings into Heineken UK. We would like to share these learnings. This is the story of how we maintained business productivity during a critical time whilst delivering a huge programme of change to the way we work.

Speaker Biography:	I am IT Service Delivery Manager for Heineken UK – previously global service delivery manager for UBS IB. Prior to UBS, I worked as a Service Delivery Manager for Cap Gemini. I have 10+ years in IT service management roles and currently am responsible for the provision of end to end service to Heineken through a combination of the inhouse team and outsourced partners.
