Shell Scheme - Members with Marketing Promotional Package: £265 + VAT per sq metre

Shell Scheme - Non-Members/without Marketing Promotional Package: £340 + VAT per sq metre

Space Only - Members with Marketing Promotional Package: £290 + VAT per sq metre

Space Only - Non-Members/without Marketing Promotional Package: £365 + VAT per sq metre

Useful Booking Information

You will have to be logged in to be able to purchase a stand online, alternatively you can book over the phone with one of the events team. If you are a member, please ensure you know your username and password before the sale date to ensure you can login in with no problems (contact itSMF UK if unsure of login details). You will also need to have purchased the Marketing Promotional Package to take advantage of the discounted rate - please call the events team for further information. If you are not an itSMF UK member then you will need to either become one or create an e-commerce account on www.itsmf.co.uk. This is key to being able to avoid problems logging in when the sale time arrives and losing out on a desired stand. If you have any queries on how this works then please contact a member of the itSMF UK events team.

This system has the added benefit of once you are in the stand booking and added it to your 'basket' no-one else can then enter this option, thus avoiding multiple bookings of a product. It is run on a '1st Come 1st Served' basis and you will have the option to pay either by Credit Card or Purchase Order. For purchase orders orders a valid purchase order number will be required and itSMF reserves the right to request a physical copy of the purchase order before accepting the booking. Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions on the booking form when booking a stand or sponsorship.
