Code of Practice
The participation of Company members in the Company Catalogue Service is covered by the same code of practice as other itSMF UK Services.
A set of guidelines provides more detail in dealing with itSMF UK in terms of the services we offer, whilst also ensuring a self governing document to which they can be held to account by the membership. It is NOT an insurance backed facility for organisations who may wish to avail themselves of a vendor's products or services - this area is the domain of the agreement between organisations.
