Biography
Description of Role and Responsibilities:
I am responsible for researching and organising exhibiting at external events, looking at Publications sales and producing associated literature such as the Publications guide and attending itSMF seminars and producing associated literature.
I am also researching and developing new means of marketing itSMF to members and non-members and working on marketing campaigns to increase membership.
Average Day:
The average day can be very varied and very dependent on what I'm involved in at the time. I'm currently producing marketing material for the itSMF Conference & Exhibition 2007 so there's lots of collating information, liaising with designers, proof reading and ensuring that deadlines are met!
What do you enjoy most?
Definitely the variety, I enjoy the fact that I have always got a number of projects on the go, meaning that I have to be organised and on top of things as much as possible and I never get bored!
