With our aspirations to become the 'premier community for leadership in IT Service Management' we are always trying to keep up to date with the numerous qualifications available.

ISO/IEC 20000 is the standard aimed at IT Service Management and describes processes to enable the delivery of services to the business and its customers.

By achieving the certification, the business is given the stamp of approval as a quality service management organisation, showing customers and the competition that it is in control of the services it provides.

New - Foundation level qualification

We have recently recognised the ISEB's new syllabus for foundation level qualification in ISO/IEC 20000. With the foundation level course and exam, staff can receive an understanding of the ISO/IEC 20000 standard and its content. The foundation course will support the itSMF scheme and will provide a good base for any business wanting to gain their certification.
